Founded 1881, play at BRISBANE Rd, currently managed by Russ Slade.

Originally called Clapton, They changed their name & location in 1937 to be the team we associate today.
Their biggest gate was in 1964, against local rivals West Ham Utd in an FA Cup tie, 34,345.
record win = 8-0 against Crystal Palace, 1955. then the same scoreline for their heaviest defeat, against Aston Villa at Villa Park in a cup tie, 1929.
