Seriously, would you not be worried that the players will be somewhat disillusioned at Redknapp leaving? What's the point in trying if the manager is going to pack it in etc?

Course I'm "worried". But if its going to happen then with us in a CL spot its our best chance of getting a top replacement. Players will only think of themselves!

No - keep him to the end of the season. Players should be up for it. and I don't know who of sufficient quality we would attract at this stage of the season
