Few injuries to deal with first. Best and Raylor are looking like they'll be out for it so they'll be replaced. Would personally start Cisse and Obertan. Cisse looked sharp last weekend. Good pace and is a million miles better than Shola. Obertan because he can track back well. He doesn't always do it but he has the speed to catch anyone. Perch to continue at cm also as he looked solid and broke play up well on Sunday. Ba in his usual sort of withdrawn role which ususally sees him link the play and get in the box.
Prediction: Think they'll have too much for us what ever side we put out. 2-0
Krul
Simspon Williamson Colo Santon
Ober Perch Guthrie Jonas
Ba
Cisse

Away to Tottenham will probably be too tough to Newcastle, especially missing Cabeye and Tiote, As someone cheering Newcastle on from afar I am writing this one off and hoping you can kick back into form after this game.
Last game without Tiote and Cabeye right ?

Yeah it is. Both will probably be back for Wolves at home which even if we do drop points here gives us a good chance to bounce back. Don't think anyone is expecting anything from this even with our strongest squad tbh

Hope you lose all your remaining games and get relegated. How dare you be above arsenal
But feel free beating those lillywhites

Newcastle
What a useless place. Stoopid Geordies with their stoopid accents. I can understand columbians more than I can understand your mob and they speak effing samoan.

Bit boring at 2 a.m., is it?!
I'd go with exactly the same team. The only thing we can hope for is to keep possession, have one quality attack and defend like usual

Agree with the team, we are going to need Obertans pace to keep a tab on bale, plus he will offer us a counter attacking outlet and with cisse and ba up top i think we can play an effective counter attack. i doubt we will get anything, but wouldn't be too surprised if we did get something as we do have the quality to snatch away some points

You could have put two teams out today and you still would have got rinsed.
Spurs are different class.

I have to say, that was probably the best i have seen us play all season. A few of the fans on here were predicting we would thrash a team sooner-or-later, and i just think Newcastle visited us at the wrong time, what with Saha wanting to impress, Ade having a nightmare couple of games & of course Harry having the court case weight off his shoulders.
Keep pushing though as would love Newcastle to get the 4th spot instead of Arsenal & Chelsea.
