Arry says he has not even thought about the England managers job and is focusing on his work at Tottenham Hotspur

If John Terry showed some respect and decency in stepping down as England captain while he concentrated on clearing his name from a serious allegation then maybe he would be given respect in return.
So a man is accused of something quite damning, something he vehemently denies, and you suggest his best defense is to stand down, like guilty politicians do in order to clear their name, that way the focus is taken off them.
I understand many on here dont like Terry, but dont let your bias cloud your judgement, it makes you look bitter, and that is the protectorate of scouserus Racius

However, when has John Terry, respect, and decency ever gone together hand in hand?
Spoken like someone who gleans his information from the red-tops, if you'd ever met the man you would find him to be a strange one, he is just a bloke who enjoys his football, and likes a beer and a laugh with the lads in his spare time, the same goes for Ashley Cole, he comes across a complete tuat on the box but is a great bloke, look up the Ray Wilkins interview regarding the two, you might just be surprised.

"Im just saying, for people to basically say "Yeah Harry is the next England manager" is showing Spurs as a football club no respect at all"
Sorry mate but when interviewed ages ago by the gutter pres he said something like "Well which Englishman wouldn't want to manage the national team" and that's our take on it, I might be casting a fly or 2 on here, but I honestly think he will stay at Spurs, he likes the day to day running of a football club, international management is like semi-retirement, with a mad holiday thrown in every couple of years

Sandsend - But of course he was going to say that, Harry likes to please everyone and anyone, he will always say what people want to hear, thats why the press love him, he was hardly going to say "No i dont want the England job"...
I personally dont think he will take it, but if thats down to his personal choice, health reasons or the Spurs Board stopping him is another matter

And thats why you shouldn't always pander to them, one day they use it against you or to prove the worth of their own agenda, they are douche bags all of them

Sandsend - Probably agree with you on this, but we all know Harry speaks from the heart and he will always say whats on his mind, if all managers were like that the PL would be a better place

Not sure on that mate, they twist everything that is said to suit their arguement, not only with football managers but many others from other walks of life.
Now if reporters were told to report on what was ACTUALLY said, rather than their own INTERPRETATION of what was was said, then we might start getting somewhere

Sandsend - That is also true, anything to make a story out of nothing, and its no wonder some managers dont want to comment on anything
Thats why you should never judge a story on a few snippets of quotes...read the whole interview!

I dont bother with a lot of them mate, unless it's on a topic that is checkable, there was one report in the red tops a whille ago regarding the old Millwall ground, the Den, complete with photographs.
The only problem is the photographs were of the Dell, Southamptons old home
