Gianluca Vialli managed for about 3 years in total and his list of meaningful honours are:

- Football League Cup: 1998
- UEFA Cup Winners' Cup 1998
- UEFA Super Cup: 1998
- FA Cup: 2000
- FA Charity Shield: 2000
- Having a better left foot than Redknapp.

Redknapp > Vialli in my opinion, even if Vialli's C.V looks better in terms of honours.
