Tottenham is different to the rest of the capital insomuch as it is frequently 320 degrees hotter than the rest of the place (apart from Croydon which it is twinned with), due to it being on fire.
You'll just have to take a chance mate.

I live in North London, and the weather is pretty good, cold, but not bitterly cold so you will in fact be able to take your shirts off at the match, without the fear of catching a chill.
