This game was the worst i have seen us play in a very long time. If any of these players are in our squad against Birmingham next week i will probably pull my hair out: Bosingwa, Cole, Meireles and Malouda, in fact i would go for this team:
Cech
Ivanovich, Cahill, Luiz, Bertrand
Ramires, Essien
Kalou, Mata, Lukaku
Sturridge
Subs: Turnbull, Hutchinson, Terry (if fit) Ferreira (if Terry is not fit), Romeu, Lampard, Torres, Drogba.

Can we please drop Torres already? Play Sturridge through the middle.

And, do we know when Drog's likely back?

Next weekend, he plays his last match for IC today in the 3rd place playoff

chelsea are probably hoping they win the cups although fa cup is best bet. As a man utd fan playing barcelona so many times in recent years we beat them in pre season but I reckon we are favourites for the europa league as we are in only the europa league and doing well in Premier league. Champions league football and at least a 3rd place for us is all but guaranteed for us I would say. This title race reminds me of ours in 2009-2010 against chelsea we did well but lost important games. Can we win the important games when it matters. I think if man city win tommorow they will still be in a good position if villa do beat city it would be great.
