Is Avb being decieved?

Did anyone else notice the wry smile on the assiistant manager's face when Everton scored the second goal?
Is Avb getting bad advice as regards team selection, substitutions and tactics?

Is he likely to take over as caretaker manager if Avb gets the sack, thats the only explanation for the cunning smile to me.

He looked unperturbed to say the least. Oh dear, I fear for Avb. He is all alone out there, in deep waters, out of his dept and maybe getting bad advice too.
