I have voted 5 on this list as he is a mixture of realistic and capable of the job. Would have liked Gus, but why would he leave a Brighton who are ambitious and going places to a club that is happy to stand still (when we were in league 1 that was the exception, but that was hard work).

Neil Warnock is without a shadow of a doubt the best and most realistic manager right now who's available. We MUST get him.

If you got Warnock in soon and gave him a 3.5 year contract there would be no excuses if Leeds United were not in the prem after those 3.5 years. This could be problematic for Bates as he likes to have a good excuse.

Warnock. No point taking risks with an unproven manager. Get in Warnock and we could have a chance of playoffs this season.
