So. What's the solution?

Right, we have had a good whinge and a moan during and after yesterdays game, which we are fully entitled to. We have picked apart our inadequacies and it's clear that people look at this poor season in different ways.

People blame Coyle for poor tactics, people blame some players for lack of effort and people blame the club as a whole for not stabilizing the club when we had the chance. All very relevant and carry a good argument, but how do we fix it? What will the big wigs be doing behind closed doors to sort this out?

As I see it, our priorities are the following:

Survive relegation.
Clear the deadwood at the end of the season and replenish playing personnel.
Stabalise our finances whilst ensuring premiership safety for 5 more seasons.
Build on the foundations layed in the previous 10 years in the premiership.

It is absolutely vital that we are in the premiership next season. If we go down, I think we will end up like a Leeds or Coventry, rather than a West Brom or West Ham. Our finances are so precarious that if we go down, we will be in huge trouble.

So how do we avoid relegation?

Well, we have played well previously and picked up points from that. Simply put, we need to revert back to those times. Generally playing a 451 and pressing hard up the pitch. Get Mavies on the ball and have Muamba and NRC kicking anything that moves. Team around us now will be pushing to the end of the season and we need to respond.

I can see teams around us going right back to basics. Get the ball in the box and press hard. We need to do the same.

There have been a few people making ridiculous suggestions on here about what we should do - my favourite us the suggestion to get Ray Wilkins in. Let's try to be realistic.

There's alot of concern over the financial possibilities if we go down...

It would be nice if Eddie Davies could shed some light on the situation..

I keep going back to yesterday and hearing the line up... 'The Hate Camel' summed it up brilliantly in his article this evening.. It was like we all knew what was going to happen next...

0-0s v Newcastle & Norwich... Then OC and his Disneyworld Subs..

He never learns!

OC v Muamba reads Megson v JLloyd Samuel...

"Moses, not necessarily directed at you fella, but it's a horrible situation right now.. LH mentioned people point scoring night....

I mean... Point scoring after a defeat!? Are there seriously Bolton fans who seek a defeat to come on here and brag!!"

In my opinion, although I wouldn't use those exact words, the answer's yes.

Some people post on here as if Coyle is reading, and as if by winning the arguments on here, they've scratched an itch.

Too many confrontational arguments and articles by the same people after most defeats.

And on a general note, you yourself were on here ripping people to shreds because you were cheesed off, LMB. You're usually a sarcastic git, true, but you were ripping into people big time yesterday, out of frustration I am sure. That's not the same as bragging about a defeat, but a bad result does have a negative affect on posters on here, myself included.

So I don't think it's a really big stretch from that to say that some posters get so cheesed off that they actually enjoy getting stuck into people they consider pro-Coyle.

Look at these quotes from the same poster last night:

"Even Owens acolytes on here must be finally agree that the man is a clown"

"Noticed his [Coyle] cheerleaders are absent tonight. As Delia might say where are you? think they have finally seen the blunt truth, the blind can finally see maybe!"

That is bragging.

Moses I know you said it was wrong but I am suggesting that maybe the tone you take was that of LPP yesterday. Have a look at his posts.

This is probably one of the most patronising comments I have seen on here. If I'd have made a similar suggestion to you Petrov, I'm sure that I'd have been accused of not letting people speak their mind.

I'll comment how I like thank you, just as everyone else does.

Solution is abit of experience in back room staff i think. Just to aid Coyle, i also think he should join ja606 so he can read our comments and take in some info.

The deal to bring in Sammy Lee is yet to be completed, although he will just be youth manager, i imagine he will help Coyle etc. Word on the street is the players love Coyle, and love the way he manages, but they dislike the backroom staff. I do agree we could do with experience, but thats no because our coaches are 'yes' men which has been suggested on here, cos honestly we have no clue what they are like, but abit of experience wouldnt go a miss.

It would help if Knight broke his toe cooking or something aswell.

Owen Coyle does not become a bad manager overnight.... when posters here talk about Swansea and Norwich and good managers they are correct. If those teams struggle next season Brendan Rogers, and Paul Lambert won't suddenly have become bad managers. If Coyle is so bad as a manager and so tactically inept how did he manage to keep Bolton in the top half of Premier League for 3/4 of last season? I didn't hear anyone calling for his head then. He made a mistake with the formation yesterday, but to imagine that he is suddenly a bad manager is nonsense. Look at BSA's last half of a season at BWFC. Relegation form! Did Sam suddenly become "useless" as a manager, a "numpty"??? Or perhaps there were other factors to consider.

I think Billy your missing a year. 2011. Judgement has not been made on coyle from one game. There are 365 nights of a year usually and for most of them coyle was poor. I am not using the word bad but not good enough springs to mind

To compare two 14th placed finishes under coyle and BSA record at Bolton is nonsense.

Big time? People? Ripping?

I'd love to see a selection of those LH... I'm a sarcastic person, yeah... But my comments have been no different to yours in the last 48 hours... Generalising with People/Ripping/Big Time is quite frankly wrong..
