Well the victim should go to the police and have the british legal system hand out its punishment. if he really was that disgusted, but then again, the police dont tend to let one person view evidence and build their story first. They would also need some evidence wouldnt they.

It would be pointless going to the Police. I mean the paperwork would be done, but based on evidence the CPS would chose not to prosecute.

I would like to see it played out in the civil court though; there they CAN reach a verdict on probability. Would be quite interresting to see if they concur with the FA.
