from Spurs yesterday. How good is our team, the pace and movement really is up there with the very best. And with improvement still to come, how far can this team go in the future seasons.
I think possibly the league is just out of reach this season, although we are not that far off the top two, but it will be difficult to claw back the points from two teams. The FA Cup should be a serious target this season though.
Next season, providing the team is kept together, and there is no reason so suggest it will not, another major tilt at the title is definitely on. With our mixture of young players and experience, whomever takes over if Harry does decide to take the England job will not have to do a lot to get up and running, although I still think Harry may stay, knowing what a great set of players he has to work with at Spurs.
The future is certainly very, very bright at WHL.

Are we still in anyy Euro competition?
If not, the FA cup would be a great "final exit" target for Arry. Since it does look like he will move on at the end of the season (even though it is probably not his best move).

I thought you knew Spurs reserves were knocked out of the Europa League.

Yesterday was brilliant, we could have won by more. We have a young squad and the more we win the stronger we will get mentally. We're on the up that's for sure!!

I forget!
Well then, Arry has to get the FA tin pot.

The future is very bright and I think Harry would be mad to walk away.
In the last 2 windows we have raised £40m in funds.
If we secure CL for next season we can expect another boost in revenue.
We still have some deadwood to trim away - GDS, Jenas, Bentley, Bassong, Pienaar (£10-£15m)
We have some great youth talent coming through - Caulker, Livermore, Coulibaly etc
We only own one striker, which is an area that will need addressing, and we could do with some back up for Lennon & Walker. Our bench is quite thin when we have a few injuries BUT the resources are there and if we made some quality purchases in the summer we could very seriously challenge for the title.
The difference this season was our start - Transfers not done. first games cancelled taking us straight into a game at OT then vs a flying City. It was a poor set of circumstances that has cost us, but it shows that we are not far off the very top.
Harry would be mad to leave, but on the flip side, it will be a fantastic job for another top manager, with a great squad and money to spend (and hopefully the FA Cup too)

I think losing the first two games to such good teams was actually a blessing, as it got them out the way and we went on to do such good things, imagine if we had went on a good run then came up against those two teams and lost, it might have had a catastrophic effect on the team and we may not have bounced back so easy.
