Scotlands joint biggest club Rangers is set to go into administration.
Scottish football is always a good laugh for us outsiders (although we're mystified as to why Lennon deserves death threats.) How can you continue running a two-team league where one of them can't even pay its taxes?
The Scottish system is 50 years out of date, but it never gets reformed. Rangers and Celtic have too much power, so they keep things as they are to ensure they keep that power.
Scottish football has been in steady decline throughtout this Century. Is the Rangers administration the tipping point that will finally cause some sort of reform?

Come down to England in the Conference or somthing. Start small. Win the Carling Cup. Get to the Premiership, Champions League. It'll all be OK.
