Barcelona started the bidding for Cesc last season but they haven't still returned with big enough money.
We are asking a price of £45 and more than that. still they don't want to pay more than £31m. but my question is do all barca fans want Cesc to sign for them this summer? Do barca officials and Guardiola feel the same way about Cesc? Or like Abramovich has done in chelsea they are trying to force Guardiola to sign Cesc.
I believe they all have a dilemma.

They want him, but can't afford to meet his asking price without selling players.
They can't sell players until the window opens.
How serious they are about getting him should become more obvious once the window is actually open.

We're only asking £45 for Cesc? I'll buy him with my own money and sell him to Barca for millions in that case!
