What is the difference between serving a Notice of Intent and actually going into administration?

rangers are trying to put themselves in admin ahead of HMRC,But HMRC are desputing that they cant do it for another 5 days at least,if HMRC put rangers in Admin,they will most likely be fhucked as HMRC will the ncontrol what happens and demand they pay the full whack,if Rangers manage to put themselves in admin then HMRC would struggle to get any cash,it's all coming to conclusion in the next couple of hours i think.

I do feel sorry for the decent gers fans. This isn't the most dignified end, if it is to be the end. Whyte's gameplan is transparent. HMRC have watched him wriggle away before and it seems they want there man this time.
