if the accounts prove that whyte has blatantly avoided paying £9m tax since the takeover,surely he should be facing criminal charges?

He can say he was looking at the option of administration but HMRC forced his hand.
I'd like to know where the cash went and how he's moved it about.

Nah I'd say Whyte's fooked. It was only a week or so ago that he owned up to Rangers running a £10m deficit. Now its coming out he's not been paying tax for the last 9months. On top of that he has previous with HMRC so they'll be hunting him down anyway they can, wspecially seeing as he's trying to outmanouvere them again

What's the deal with his company. Didn't he secure Rangers by using his company...Then started a new Rangers fc company to oversee the club.
That's three different entities involved...
Something tells me he's got some wee tricks up his sleeve to move money into his bank account.
