Maybe it's something to do with him not being in the first team or something? I really don't know enough about how it all works to be honest.

There must be some reason why we are able to loan this lad now, possibly because Brazil's window is still open? Or maybe because the paperwork has been in place prior to the 31st January & we were waiting for international clearance. He does hold an Italian passport.

The situation is that we have loaned the lad until the end of this season and will then sign him. Because the paperwork wasn't completed before the window shut, we can still have him here, but we can't play him.

Interesting bit of business, Central Defence is a bit of a poser for us in the next couple of years - Caulker looks a great prospect but with Nelsen ONZM, King, Gallas and Bassong hardly long term options we need to be looking at the future...
Spurcat, beyond Caulker and now Bruno do you think there are any other prospects at Centre back in the youth set up that look like they could build a career with us?
