I like the affiliation because it means we can probably pick up some decent players from the academy in future years. I just hope we don't sign players because they're from Thailand and we only sign them if they're good enough. But I don't think Sven will be forced into signing anyone - a lesser manager maybe but not Sven.
Also, this is further conformation (as if we needed it) that the Thai's are here to stay and they have a real long-term ambition for the club.
