aaron, I don't know much about the coaching credentials of the guys you mention. Are they not qualified coaches then?

They must be I suppose to even have been given the jobs, but it just looks like poor ex bwfc players being given the job due to the fact they used to play for us.

Gavin McCann also runs his own football coaching academy in Lytham so he must be well qualified on paper.

aaron, Jose Mourinho, Sven Goran Eriksson have similar CVs as footballers to the guys you mentioned. Andre Villas Boas wasn't even a footballer. It's not the biggest consideration IMO.
