I have read on other forums a large number of rangers fans claiming that this title has been handed to Celtic by default. My question to all the sane rangers fans is. Do you think this is the case?
If Celtic win by 11 points, or even 10 points on goal difference do you feel that we have won by default? The sane answer is of course no, but some do not agree.
Winning the Title

There is a clear logic that should apply to this, once thirty eight fixtures have been completed and the league table is completed whoever is in first position once we hypothetically add ten points onto Rangers' total would be the deserved Champions.
However, the huge deficit may/will change the mentality of both teams. Rangers players may lose all hope and just accept the position they find themselves in. Alternatively Neil Lennon may feel it is wise to completely rotate the team and give cup matches priority since the league is near enough won already, which is perfectly understandable.
Regardless, the difference in points, the rules of the competition are the club who has more points than any other club will be the league Champions. It is not as if the points deduction was unfair, it is a standard which is applied to any club who enter administration in the SPL.

When did Rangers bother about applying rules

Which footballing rules did they break? You can say the directors used an unfair system to pay players more, but you can't say the TEAM on the park cheated.
You can imply a link, you cannot prove that had Rangers paid less money then we wouldn't have won the league. FFS look at the last 3 years, Celtic have consistently spent more on wages than us, yet we won the league.
Your argument is fallacious.

Not paying HMRC, if found guilty
Which means you shouldn't have been given a licence to play in Europe either
And Rangers should not have been granted a licence for Ally's debacle last Summer

I'm not sure if you are aware, but putting after your points doesn't make them;
a) Right
b) Understandable

PBN,
If you lose the tax case, you will have been guilty of attracting a higher calibre of player to your club than could have been afforded, had you followed the normal practice of EVERY other Spl club
means okay...not "Right"
