Celtic have not offloaded many players yet for one simple reason. The transfer window does not actually open until July 1st (Friday). Yes, clubs may agree deals before then, but the majority of the players will not join up with their new clubs until then. Unless they are free agents.

Well if Izzy is on the verge of a move, at least he seems willing to go about it the right way. If he comes out and states he is unhappy then it will give any potentially interested clubs the upper hand in negotiations.
