At this moment in time i guess top 4 is the closest thing we can get to a trophy this season. Plus the money from CL is massively important to the way our club is currently being run. It is vital that we make 4th for future trophies, the squad will need the money for investment this summer if we are to keep Chelsea at bay for seasons to come.

Saying 4th place is a trophy is a typical wenger quote. Up there with 'like a new signing'. Yes I agree 4th place is very important especially for arsenal.

It's worrying given our abject failure in actual cup competitions. His rallying calls seem to have no effect on the squad anymore.

Here's hoping we get 4th though, but if we do the ineptitude of the competition will be a major factor.
