Did we just witness....

...life after Modders?

I know people will point to the pitch but, honesty, it was difficult to tell which was the premiership team.

I just hope we can hang on to Luka - because life without the little magician looks pretty bleak.

Fred we heard that in the merseyside derby and it still didn't pull off, I don't think the two will develop to be great tbh. The chemistry isn't there.

In fairness, yesterday was the first time those 2 and Gerrard have started together. Ever.

The derby was months ago and Suarez and Carroll were both on the scoresheet. In their 15 games together they've got 13 goals. It's coming together and could be deadly.

Fred

Agree with that. I do find watching Torres painful at times. I can't believe such a prolific striker has become so poor. I'd honestly bet that he stays up wondering how its all gone wrong and why he's become so poor. I do kinda feel sorry for him but then I remember he plays for Chelsea

Would you honestly rather Everton won the Cup than Spurs?

Looks like we'll have to wait and see then.

I have a weird relationship with Everton. I always want to beat them and I'd love to knock them out if we played them but if we go out to somebody else I'd love to see them win it.

In an ideal world Liverpool would win everything every season and Everton would come second for me. Followed by Man City.

No.
You witnessed a Spurs without a playmaker MF (Modric and Hudd) . Which is a concern as Carroll is not currently PL standard (Sandro to do a bit more on that front ?? ) .

What I dont get is Parker used to be an attacking midfielder at Charlton. He was always scoring goals I suppose if you dont do it for so long you get out of the habit?
