Seeing as this is Freindly we arre going to treat it as such, I don't want to see any last ditched tackles as the last thing I want to see before the season proper is a load of injuries.

Defence
Should be defending deep as to not let there strikers in behind but when we get the ball we should move it quickly from back to front. If a defender is to go forward the midfeild should help them out best as they can as to not leave any gaps.

Midfield
When we have the ball we should do our best to keep it in this I mean if to keep the ball means you have to go backwards then go backwards. The word of the day is patience there is no rush to score and as long as we have the ball they don't.

Attack
As a attacker I expect you to spend most of your time in their 1/2 of the pitch and if you get the ball if a shots not on you should hold the ball up so the midfield can help you in attach. If you lose the ball though you should get back to help defend, don't forget defending starts from the front.

Subs

Seeing as this is the first game for our newly formed team I'll be using all my subs. Bringing on 4 after the first half and 3 later on win/lose or draw.

Formation

We'll start of the classic 442 and after the HT I think we'll change to 433 or maybe 451.

Finally

Football should be fun so I want you all to go out and enjoy yourself and do what you do best and play football.
