Good news at last

Very good news indeed! It could give the club a lift it needs plus may also bring in much needed investment.

The problem is we have to wait and see if a judge will allow another person to request a Judicial review if he does then this could drag on and on especially if they go so far pull out then another application is made that way there never has to be a decision made that will in all probability go against the protesters but it will stop any work being carried on building a new stadium. We need to find a judge who lives in the real world not in an ivory tower to stop this process in its tracks NOW.

Latest from the club on the OS.
The club is aware of recent and ongoing developments in claims to challenge Bristol City Council's decision to register land at Ashton Vale as a Town and Village Green.
This is a complex legal case between an individual claimant and Bristol City Council and the landowners, Bristol City Football Club is not a party to this legal process although we clearly have a huge interest in the out come - Bristol City Football Club will make no further comment on this matter for the time being.
End of Statement.
