And who signed Raul Meireles???

Awful sighning this was, has not even steadied the ship in midfield in any aspect from our growing probelms. I was not even an inch excited when he came and always said that he was a side step to Lampard, and thats relating to Frank past his peak.

AVB came into this job fairly soon after last season and with no distraction of any International tournaments, missed the boat to get several deals on established quality players tied up early.

We are just as slow in getting results off this pitch just as we are on it, whereby we give our rivals generally easy pickings in both scenarios. Most of you may disagree because he is a Spurs player, but VDV was a great cheap deal we missed out on a year earlier and he would have been FAR BETTER than Meireles simply because hes a better player all round.

I really feel sorry for AVB, then again not that sorry as I'm sure he won't be going into depression with the fear of not being able to pay his bills, but he is really out of his depth and his tactics and discipline over our players is poor.

We might aswell focus on the FA Cup. End the season on a high.

And sorry Meireles was PFA Fans player of the year

Oh dear, turned away when he should have defended. AVB playing him deeper is a bad decision. What more can I say.

Pastores stats alone suggest otherwise. I know stats don't tell the whole picture but what proof do you have to counter this and justify that he has not been doing well at Psg? Its his first season in a new league and If I was to assume, my guess is that in relative terms, Mata is doing no better at Chelsea. A player for who us has obvious quality yet can be liable to drift in and out of games.

Again you need to stop looking at players in the sense that "its A or B because we can't and its not possible to have both. We CAN and it WAS!

As for moving to a bigger club who would that be? Can't see him going back to Italy, the top Spanish two are showing no signs of interest atm, besides City no one else in the prem can afford him. Psg won't jus let him suddenly leave after the money they've investd in buying him. Nor are they in a position to sell him anytime soon.

Word of advice, don't buy into transfer speculations of mega signings leaving clubs so soon after their arrive. If Pastore is as you say "apparently not doin well" imagine how apparently well or should I say bad is doing huh?

Spending of money has nothing to do with it. We could easily have afforded him, I think its just a case of our board sitting down and agreeing that for the long term future, the club needs to be taken seriously in the transfer maerket. Yet the powers that be, lack a footballing brain and fail to conduct good business behind the scenes.

Mata was an AVB signing. Even if Pastore signedi AVB still would have signed mata in that sense.

He isn't doing well though, the French League are about 18 matches in - only 10 appearances, and those goals and assists were from the start. He has been inconsistent like Mata but so incosistent he's been dropped. And he said himself he wanted to move toa bigger club.

Malouda and Anelka had good stats last season, and Lamps this season, doesn't mean they had good seasons

I appreciate your replies , but where is your evidence to justify that Pastore is having a bad season? I've just told you his current stats which suggest he's not doing that bad. Can you confirm that the last 5 games Pastore has been dropped to the bench? I will have a closer check on him myself when I get into work

And again you fail to look at things in perspective. Pastore is a new player to the french league carrying a huge burden yet he still manages to contribute to help the team win. Lamps and Malouda were established prem and Chelsea players not new signings just starting in a new league.

Him sayin he wants to move to a bigger club doesn't mean it will happen this summer. He signed a contract and now psg hold all the cards.
