What is the value of current Rangers squad

For Rangers to survive, there will have to be, to some extent a liquidation of their most saleable assets.
What is the value of Ibrox? Could it be sold on the open market and leased back? Similarly with Murray Park.
What is the value of the current playing squad?
McGregor - £5-7m, Alexander - £3-4m, Broadfoot £2-4m, Papac - £2-4m, Wallace - £1.5m, Lafferty £3-5m, Davis - £3-5m etc
Would the sale of players (and their wages off the books), Ibrox & Murray Park be enough to keep HMRC from the door. Then Rangers need to bring through youth and other local talent. It may mean a number of years trophyless and challenging not for the title but to be in the top 6 at the split, but laying foundations to once again challenge Celtic.

What are the thoughts of Celtic fans and what are the thoughts of Rangers fans.
What value would you put on Ibrox, Murray Park and players? Is this the solution?

McGregor - £4m tops, Alexander - £500-750k, Broadfoot £250k, Papac - £1.5 tops, Wallace - £1m, Lafferty £1.5m tops, Davis - £2-2.5m tops.

That's realistic, but given the circumstances of the club, Players will undoubtedly go for less than they're worth.
Those valuations are my own though, regardless of Rangers financial situation.

I think Rangers will negotiate a deal with HMRC, if they lose the case.

They'll pay back what they are due over a number of years. This would secure the club longer term but would handicap them big time in terms of the running of the club (including player wages and transfer fees)
If (I say If) they fail to start winning titles again then the financial restraints will just last longer.
