at what, being overrated? He isn't even the best spanish keeper. If he wasn't the captain he would have lost his place to Reina a long time ago, but replacing the captain is a far bigger statement than just replacing a keeper, so it's never been done.

Cassillas is good at shot stopping, but his positioning is average and he's more scared of crosses than Dracula.

Casillas is one of the most over-rated players out there, the only reason he is rated as highly as he is is because if the club he plays for. Much like Sergio Ramos

If team selections were based on form alone, Valdes and Reina would have usurped him in the Spanish starting lineup some time ago

Almunia is a liability. That kid Sczenezy (spelling?) looks like he could be the real deal though

I think Casillas is overated, he is like Gomes when it comes to crosses! Though he is miles better. I prefer Neuer.
