Admiration to Avb

As an outsider looking in, I admire AVB for his decision to bench cole and lampard last night. From what I've read it appears cole questioned his tactics and remarked about joining Chelsea to win trophies. How dare players question the managers authority. No player is big than Chelsea. Yes things aren't going great at the moment however I am a firm believer that sometimes in order to go forward you have to take a step or two back!! It's apparent that's what's happening. I am sure in the summer AVB will acquire some new players to fit into his new philosophy and new system. Chelsea have played the same way for years since Jose, the players seem reluctant to adapt to change and ultimately will cost them their place at the club. Have patience!
