Doesn't this result prove that AVB is a very talented young manager?
Last season AVB got this ordinary Porto side to win the Europa league, and win their own league with 27 wins, 3 draws and 0 losses. He achieved similar things to the special one.
Surely this indicates he's a great manager?
Frankly it's disgraceful the way the players are undermining him, from texting Mourinho to moaning about being left out. If this is a plot to get AVB out, he deserves every penny of his contract to be paid and he'll go onto be a great manager at another club.
You never treated Ranieri this way after losing 3-1 in Monaco.

I thought malouda was a disgrace for a professional footballer last night,no effort whatsoever
As supporters weve all watched some terrible players over the years in our respective shirts but so long as they've put a shift in no ones too bothered,it's when they don't earn the wages it particularly grates

Before moving to Chelsea, Meireles was warming the Liverpool bench being king Kenny's third choice DM.

No, it just proves that Falcao is a very talented player.
Falcao - Gone to Atletico and done well
AVB - Gone to Chelsea and done poorly
I think it's conclusive what made his treble winning team click.
