We expect a tough game but we are looking to get our first 3 points at home. We are going to play the long ball over the top to the forwards to chase and hopefully make some good crosses for De Jong to get onto.

I expect Stenkleberg to command his area and sweep up behind the defence but only if he is certain that he can make it. I also want him to talk to the team as he can see the full pitch.

I want Luisao and Hummells to make the strong early challenge (within the first 10 minutes) on the striker. As captain, I expect Luisao to talk to all the defenders. I would like Hummells to mark the striker and for Luisao to drop 5 yards behind him to sweep it up.

I am hoping that the full-backs will provide support to the midfield then look to play the long and diagonal ball over the defence for the wingers to latch onto.

I want Ramires to use his energy and pace to run around the field and make an option for a pass or from a throw-in or free-kick. If Ramires decides to join the attack then Stankovic will fill his role in central midfield.

Fabregas will make sure the passing is up to scratch and anyone who makes a poor pass then I want him to encourage them to make it better next time and he is probably the best passer on the field. His first option should be to chip it to the wingers.

The wingers need to start to make runs in behind the full backs but making sure that they stay onside. They then need to drive either down the line or at goal so then they have the option of shooting at goal or squaring it to Luuk De Jong.

I am expecting De Jong to make trigger runs then maybe ask for a give and go or to run along with the wingers then ask for the square ball. He can also start to make runs just incase a pass does come to him over the top.

Subs:-
-If winning: De Jong Off - On Bojan - Bojan would stay up front on his own and Mata and Hazard would push deeper to make it a 4-5-1 formation. (73 minutes).
-If drawing: Hazrd Off - On Bojan - Bojan would go up front to make it 2 FC with De Jong and then Mata would just sit in behind them so he is playing AMC and Stankovic would push up into CM to make a CM 3.(69 minutes)
-If losing: Off Stankovic - On Bojan - Bojan would go up front with De Jong and Mata and Hazard would move into the FR and FL role to make it a 4-2-4 formation. (63 minutes)

Goalkeeper:Reina will come of his line to collect crosses and distbute the ball quikly.


Defenence:Alves will atack down right and make overlapping runs and use his pace to get back and defened. Bonucci and cheliini will stay strong and comuncate at the
back Chelini will command the back four and talk as captin.Schmelzer defend more but suppport when needed.

Midfeild Essein and alonso will look to play long passes to the wingers and strikers who have good pace to get their beforethe defenders. Essein will cover for alves
when he attaks.Both winger are fast and good driblers they will look to put front post crosses to eto'o or put croses in to sneijder arriving late in the box. snigder
will play through balls to the wingers and striker s to beat there men. He will also take the long shot if the gets the chance.

Eto'o Will use pace to beat defender and put past the keeper
