F.B.I (Fees by Installment)

Im curious as why our club doesnt do fbi when it comes to transfers if we cant afford big outlay straight away. Clubs do it to us when they purchase our players how about we do it then. Barca done it when they bought overmars/petit deal, henry, hleb & cesc. Real did when buying Anelka & juve when buying Vieira, we couldve got Hazard at the start of the season 15m paid this year & 10m next year add Chamakh as a sweetner.
