Since JM I haven't seen a manager willing to make the big decisions
All well and good us and the media going on after the event but one thing you can't say the guy hasn't got bottle if those games go his way everyone is crowing about a tactical genius.
4 times this season he has made big decisions Man U away,City @ home, Valecia away and Napoli away
Does he make mistakes yes does he have big potential yes
He has shown more bottle in 7 months than CA showed in an entire season!
AVB bolas grandes..

It is the main difference between him and Carlo, who did take the occasional gamble (benching Drogba at OT and WHL, both times paying off). But Carlo didn't take the players on, he left them to their own devices and as a result A. Cole shot a work experience kid under his watch.
If Roman decided to axe Di Matteo behind his back, he'd walk out tomorrow. That's the difference!!!!

HHHBF - Leader of the pro-AVB Brigade, replace this spineless spine (U6522)

Short sighted ....

Biggish
Can remember him taking off Lampard at half time, switching to 4-2-3-1 and as a result winning the second half. Could've pushed United to a tense finish if it wasn't for, THAT MISS!!!!

sometimes you have to take a risk
I remember one CFC manager taking off both wingers before half time to get a result we all thought he was mad the time
I also remember him hooking a winger afer 15 mins for not tracking back!
If those decisions had blown up in his face he would have got slated instead we refer to him as the special one!
