So glad we kept him rather than that *rather nice gentlemen* Adebayor.

Not only is Robin a great player (best in the league) but he's also a great role model and a great captain. Everyone at the club respects him and he seems to have a positive relationship with everyone. In his interviews he comes across as a very nice guy. A real family man.

I wouldn't hold any grudges against him if he decides not to sign a new contract. If this does happen then imo we should still keep him until next year. Remember, commitment is playing to the end of your current deal, rather than signing a new lucrative one.
