Arsenal and Liverpool - Fall from grace?

Hello fellow Devils!

I was thinking about yesterday's results for Liverpool and Arsenal and couldn't help thinking while Arsenal fans filled my timelines with ecstacy and watching their players celebrate like they'd won the World Cup and also seeing Liverpool fans and players celebrating in the same manner, how far these clubs have fallen from grace.

OK I'm one who loves the bragging rights but Arsenal are still 7 points behind their North London rivals but the celebrations and gloating for me was way over the top. It wasn't too long ago when Arsenal were picking up trophies left, right and centre but now they seem content with just winning their local derby! Piers Morgan was on Twitter back-tracking again after slating his team and management for the past few weeks and trying to justify his comments.

As for Liverpool, congratulations to them for winning a cup but they were very lucky and when we won it a few years ago were laughing at us for winning just that and predicting our decline. Now all of a sudden, scraping a win against a Championship side which made them look average to lift the lesser of England's cups and celebrating zealously like Stevie G had just scored the winner against Brazil in the World Cup confirms their mentality and fall from grace too.

I detest these two clubs so much because they are so hypocritical. Arsenal fan mates ripped me with "26 years" chants before we started to dominate the PL and didn't like taking the banter back! Liverpool fans have constantly belittled our achievements in a bitter way and as I said, they claimed we "only won the Mickey Mouse Cup" a few years back but are now ecstatic to lift that same cup (playing in a final against a lower league club and that's no disrespect to Cardiff, they were excellent, for me they just ran out of legs).

What do you guys think? Is there a club south of Liverpool whom you detest more than Arsenal?

The positive points from yesterday for me? Us winning away at a difficult Norwich and Liverpool winning to confirm that clown Dalglish will carry on at the helm for a good few years to come!
