What would you rather see happen to Rangers now?.
1. Stay afloat and in the SPL but stripped of all titles/ trophies won during any period where they fielded ineligible players, and made to pay back all tax and debts at a rate of say 7-10 million per year until all debts paid back.
2. Liquidated but reformed as a new club starting from scratch and will need to fight way back to the SPL through all lower divisions.
3. Liquidated and simply gone, never to be returned and Ibrox is flattened (carpark for the commonwealth games).
Just curious as to what other celtic fans are crossing their finger for.
What would you rather?

Thats why I was unsure, due to the investigation.
I have to admit its not looking good for us. I'd prefer to stay in business and pay our dues, but if Whyte is still in charge after this I don't have any hope to cling onto.

Rangers new or old will never be in the English division, and the simple fact is they don't need us and don't want us, anyone who think different is either taken crack cocaine or just blind stupid.
The trouble that follows the old firm is something the FA will make sure is never allowed to cross the water

Scottish clubs will never be allowed in English leagues as there are elements in our support that would cause more trouble than we are worth.

Aye Jinky. I'll just be happy to be in existence next year. None of this cr@p about the English leagues.

Rangers will either still be going but only if you get rid of Whyte, or you will start all over again there is to big support to let you fold for ever.

I don't think of it as something that will happen anytime soon. But the SPL is not financially viable for clubs of this scale. There is little if any tested legal impediments to buying a registration and setting up from Glasgow.

Aye perhaps Jinky, probably a Leeds type situation.

They could join up with Linfield, then instead of being the two most successful clubs in the world, they amalgamate and make one massive super club. Nobody would ever be able to compete with this monster club.
