No matter what your thoughts are towards Coyle, the players, the board...
Forget them.
March sees the 3 most important games of the season, in a row.
Wolves, QPR and Blackburn. We need 9 points.
Get the lads riled up, get confident. You never know.. We could have 29 points after 30 games. The only way that can happen is get a full house, cheer the players on, and give them an adrenaline boost, lord knows some players need it.
March.

HH I hope your right about Ream,if thats what your guts says, good on you.I cant comment missed Millwall game as got a good deal out for the Cricket. What Impresses you about Ream and Mears? to be fair as I have not seen enough about them? I have coached a lot of defenders /midfielders although not for a couple of years due to my time spent on my medical training(different story). But I always coached as defenders to know where you were and what to do do when you dont have the ball, our lads seem a pass or a thought or two off the ball. Now Sammy Lee is back he needs to be utilised,I may have had enquired about Peter Taylors availability as a coach too if I was OC

I've always like Mears due to his pace and work rate in the past, I imagine him as Steinsson with pace. Hopefully his lay-off wnt affect him too much. Plus, I've never seen him wander 30 yards out of position like Steinsson in the games before. Injury seems to have faltered him his whole career.
Ream is very calm
But his reading of the game is better than Knights, but he's agile and quick aswell which means he and Wheater are a better pair. Also, he hasn't wandered 39 yards out of position like knight so far! Haha
But Ream has one thing on his side aswell which is age, he is already a good player, an international, who can only improve.
Your comments re: what to do etc is what was wrong with our defence up until dec/jan imo

If we get the expected tanking at City then I feel it will be hard to lift the players...its like the ghost of Megson is still around spreading a negative vibe amongst players and fans alike...We can still get out of this but its looking a long shot at the moment.

If we want to get the players fired up...we should hire a group of crack ex-SAS men to hold their wives and kids hostage, take them to a nice 5 star hotel, look after them but dont tell the players were they are.
...they get them back when we stay up
I am joking you know...

The Villa game has been rearranged for the 20th March so 4 winnable games in a row, I'd just play a weakened team in the F.A cup on the 17th.

...........
I want another trip to Wembley, if for no other reason than to avenge the tonking we got from stoke last time...id like to meet them again...
however Benny, we SIMPLY have to stay up...personally I think we are as good as down If we lose to QPR, we really are teetering over the edge...the club that is bottom at Christmas is usually a dead cert for going down...we are joint bottom NOW! the omens really dont look good.
a loss against QPR and il accept that I will be watching championship football next season...so, IF we beat Tottenham and lose to QPR, there will be no point trying to avoid relegation, bar a total miracle - its simply not going to happen, coyle must save his best team for Wembley (because, lets face it - our best players will be gone at the end of the season anyway) go hell for leather for the FA cup...at least win the Semi this time...
chances are - get through the semi and your in Europe (provided who your playing has already qualified)
championship and a European tour would be a good laugh/consolation prize.
