Celtic unwilling to pay up front

and who can blame them.

While fellow SPL clubs are out of pocket, rangers employees go running to the media hoping to force Celtic to take a gamble with our fans honest cash.
I think we need to ensure that all money is paid before any game with rangers is played, but as with the arrangements from the last old firm game within a time-frame of no more than 3 day.

If Celtic have been offered the tickets and declined them - then tough. Sell them to Rangers fans.

How can this be illegal if Celtic won't put up the money.
