The only actual mistake i think he has made is the Lampard situation, i know he's trying to play a different formation but he should wait untill the summer not in the middle of a season.
Lampard is one of the best midfielders in the world and at our club and adds so much to our team and if we need a goal 9 times out of 10 he pops up with it.

The high line was a mistake but i just think AVB was trying to get us to play more attacking and didn't realise how bad we could get counter-attacked but it was soon got rid of and he learnt from his mistake as does everyone.

He is not learning anything, if he is then he is very slow. RA can't come and say his job is safe cos it isn't. When he took the job obviously he was expecting a jolly ride but as things started getting serious he started blundering, up till now I am not sure of our style of play or tactics and neither are the players. He is rubbish and I'll tell him to his face.
