Okay, now that the dust has settled

on Sundays result, and the over the top reaction that some posters, mostly opposition team supporters, looking for some crumbs of comfort in our heavy defeat.

It was just Spurs 5th league defeat of the season, and inclusive of the opening two games, just the 3rd in the past half a dozen months, so why is everybody now saying, Spurs will now struggle to hold off both Arsenal and Chelsea. Why? We all knew there was a tricky month coming up, and we are nearly through that with a still healthy lead of seven points.

The articles and posts saying we should be dumping King, and Bale is not doing the business, etc are just some of the ridiculous reactions since Sunday, King is still our best central defender by a country mile, and Bale has been unbelievable this season, especially at WHL. Get a grip everybody.

We have Arsenal and Chelsea supporters keep on about if Spurs lose Sunday and they win, the gap will be down to four, it could also be back to 10, so why are they all jumping the gun. It`s not only Spurs that have difficult fixtures left is it.

Spurs: Chelsea, Man United

Arsenal: Liverpool, Newcastle, Man City, Chelsea

Chelsea: Man City, Spurs, Newcastle, Arsenal, Liverpool


So come on get behind the team, and let the other sides worry about their own difficult fixtures that they all conveniently seem to be forgetting they have to play.
