Its dead today. India have announced there one day squad for the Asia cup and there is no Sehwag and Zaheer Khan who both appear to be carrying knocks. Am sure a certain Umar Gul will be more than happy that Sehwag is not playing although his current form has been below average.
Not sure when Pak announce there squad but here is India's:
MS Dhoni (capt & wk), Virat Kohli (vice-capt), Sachin Tendulkar, Gautam Gambhir, Rohit Sharma, Suresh Raina, Manoj Tiwary, Ravindra Jadeja, R Ashwin, Praveen Kumar, Vinay Kumar, Rahul Sharma, Yusuf Pathan, Irfan Pathan, Ashok Dinda.
No sign of Sachin retiring in the one dayers yet. Is he saving his ton for Pakistan?

Sehwag usually takes a liking to our bowlers, so i dont think he rested himself, morelike dropped.
Agree with you guys, Pakistan vs india March 18th will be the only game worth watching. No chance will sky show it. Eurosport do have rights to all pakistan/lanka/ bengali home matches, but i dont think tournements are included, so expect to watch it on zeetv or something - where they'll miss the 1st and 6th ball of every over for the samosa and pakora adverts

A little bit silly of India to drop Sehwag for the Asia Cup as he usually does well there, it's outside Asia that he has struggled in recent times. They probably should've dropped him for the CB Series.

Rahane seemed like a good player in England, wonder where he has gone.
Also, India keep picking Manoj Tiwary, but what about his namesake, Saurabh Tiwary, seems to have a good record and hasn't been dismissed in the chances he has had in ODI.
Does anyone know why India don't pick Saurabh Tiwary?

It looks like Clarke is going to be rested in the game against Sri-Lanka.....get his back right for when we play Sri-Lanka in the final...
