We need confident /arrogant leaders at our club who only want the best and to be at the top.
Kenyon was great when he said "the prem will be contested by a group of one". That confidence and arrogance filters down to the managers and players.
Look how Barca and Real have presidential elections, each proposing what they have in store for the club and list of potential targets.

IMO we've got those already.
Gourlay thought that he could quickly railroad the CPO without properly consulting them and when they lost through lack of transparency and consensus, Buck announced "Let's all get together and stuff Arsenal at the weekend".
A game that we then got stuffed 3-5 at home Wengers teamtalk had already been done for him.
Senior executives at any club should behave with a bit more reticence and dignity IMO.
