Kee man out for rest of season.

Billy Kee has kicked his last ball in anger for this season.
No suprising that he now faces the surgeons knife to try and fix his long standing groin problem.
If truth be known he was brought back too early the first time he was injured.
Hes never recovered from that and was never anywhere near full fitness since.
Only good thing is he hopefully will be fit and with us next season.
He will and has been sorely missed.

Indeed he will, our most dangerous player, mind you he would have probably spent the rest of the season in midfield disguised as a striker or is that the other way round PEZ ? !!!!

I heard this rumour on Wednesday, seems as though my fears have been proven.

As you mention Pez could be a blessing as he will be fit for start of next season and puts off any potential purchasers.

I think it is a nailed on certainty that Kee will be off in the summer, especially given the dire season we are enduring. From his perspective it has put him in the shop window, albeit for a shorter period than expected, but he has more than shown what he is capable of.

I can see him going to a decent L1 side at the least, so here's hoping for a reasonable transfer fee in return.

Transfer fee ! do you honestly think any more than 10% of that will be invested in players ?
