I want to believe he can but I know he won't. Thoughts...

No, the players will have us eliminated by a team we should beat and might make us have to settle for 5th.
3/4 of the squad haven't performed to the levels they can so they're held soley responsible.
Don't forget we had a blip last season as well.
Carlo/AVB doesn't matter who was manager we'd be in the same situation because half of this squad is absoulete dogs'hit .
Roll on the summer. Hope we do get 4th though and we do beat Napoli otherwise we'd have to be bored to death with about another 50 articles from you and Torres is a comatose slating avb

In one way i wouldn't mind AVB getting sacked this month just so another manager could come in and try and fail to get this squad to 4th just so you could open your eyes and see the actual problem - the players.
If avb goes Lampard + Cole would get their own way and then what would players like Mata,Ramires,Luiz,Sturridge etc etc be thinking?
It would basically say Lampard + Cole have more authority than the manager and can get managers sacked if they moan. It sets a bad example for the future and these players will follow in their footsteps in the future if there is a manager they don't like because they'll think they have more authority.

Isn't he experienced enough to know? He has been there and done that? And his team selection, always using Bosingwa and Meireles, haven't we all been condemning it, as well as his substitutions and timing. I don't really know if Avb has done anything right so far this season, our league position and possible elimination from the cl and FA cup is enough proof of this. And his press conferences, he said a lot of his boys don't believe in him, and it doesn't matter. Surely, Avb is to blame, he has failed us all.

If you have a good leader at the helm, all others will fall in line. But when the manager is stutering and confused you expect the senior players to try to straighten him up, it happens everywhere not just in football. Avb isn't saf, even saf has had disputes with his players in the past but he still emerges on top bcos clearly he knows what he is doing, Avb is yet to give any sign that he knows his onions.

The manager picks the team and decides the tactics, he has to take the blame. Cole has said his tactic isn't right.

Cole has said his tactic isn't right ? Lol, you must be a big joke. A student fails an exam and ends up saying his teacher is to blame for not teaching properly.

I wonder if there should be a "sir" in front of your name let alone using Cappelos name who is a no nonsense man. I guess Mancini and SAF are bad leaders that's why they don't have a good relationship with Tevez, right ? I'm sure your dictionary doesn't include words like "rebellious" or "prima donna" . Our so called senior (prima donna) players have been under performing but they don't get the stick for playing like pregnant women. SAF was able to survive when players like Tevez and also Rooney started getting rebellious because he had alternative players that were ready to prove themselves which they did unlike our dear Chelsea players. Mr Capello please stop all your senseless rants on AVB and transfer the aggression to the under performing "senior players". It's really annoying of you.
