We were beaten for the first time at Anfield this season thanks to Dalglish inability to read the game and his persisting to play Henderson. Downing was having a good game. We were missing a big match player in Gerrard and it was always difficult to beat Arsenal without him but that was a very poor Arsenal team. Henderson is never going to be a player to change games unlilke Bellamy, Kuyt, Suarez and may be Downing.
I’m sorry but we are not even going to get 6th if Kenny keeps playing Hendo every game. He had a poor game against Cardiff. He came today and played the whole game. He had a better game but he went back to his normal game playing safe, passing backwards and running away from the ball.
Dalglish and Hendo

Henderson did ok today. Not sure why he's being picked on.
Carra was the weakest link. He's a legend but he's passed it. For both goals he let RvP go free.

He was no worse than Spearing, Downing or Adam.
The whole midfield without Lucas & Gerrard is mediocre at best.

Is this the same 'poor' Henderson who won the journalist's man of the match award today...........

Don't be a pleb OP, Carra was worthless today. Henderson kept it moving and didn't do anything wrong.

Man of the match was Arsenal keeper and perhaps Van Persie for his finishing. No way any other players were better. Hendo has a great energy but has no brain and scared to go forward or shoot.

Hendo was ok today which makes a change from the previous games. We can only blame our finishing & composure...and ofcourse their Keeper

Coates should be playing instead of Carra. If he plays again against Everton then their big men will cause us so much problems.

If you accept mediocrity and steadiness yea Henderson was ''OK'' today
For me, week in, week out, he does absolutely nothing to warrant a starting place the next week
Joke of a signing

Exactly. I just can’t understand our fans for accepting this mediocrity from our players. Hendo was so poor in the CC final. He looked better today but that was good enough for our fans but not from me. We expect far better performance from him considering he has been playing every game since Lucas got injured.
