p.s He is still playing Cole over Bertrand, is too scared to take off Lamps, Doesn't give Lukaku a chance in these type of games where hes better placed to make an impact as opposed to when we are losing to United and Arsenal.

If we sack AVB now, we would've spent 13mil on a man with vast potential and sacificed him to give these pitful excuses for professionals at our club another three months and probably buy themselves yet another season.
AVB is inexperienced and incredibly naive. But the dressing room is beyond words.
If heads don't roll this summer, whoever's doing the rolling, i'll be personally insulted as a fan.

That's exactly my point. We are better.
Those Porto players gave their souls for AVB last year, and under his guidance would've lived in the company of the top 4 in this season's PL no question.

In 1989 Man Utd had a bad run of results and it was widely touted that he was on his way out of Old Trafford. The fans were calling for his head but thankfully the Utd board had the sense to give him time and let him totally retructure the footballing side of things in a club where things had gone stale and previous managers were too insecure to worry about anything other than immediate results. It is said that it was only the FA Cup win against Forest that saved him but if the Board are to be believed that is not the case. He arrived on the back of breaking the Old Firm domination in Scotland by taking Aberdeen to the title and the Board recognised in him a man who could do the job his own way. What if they had listened to the baying hordes of supporters. The rest is history but it took 3 years to start achieving that.
AVB arrived at Chelsea with impeccable credentials from his time at Porto to a team that was underperforming and were demanding instant success. Loads-a-money available for a quick fix. Blackburn tried that and look what has happened to them since their initial success. Man City will probably be the same.
AVB is young for a PL manager and probably feels the pressure of needing success more than a more experienced manager would. Having all that money available may have been more of a hindrance than a benefit. Give the man a chance and let him do things his way.
