As much as Ive been disillusioned wit AVB this season. You're right. Its a disgrace BUT the board brought this on themselves by appointing him in the first place. He took on more than he could manage. Changing playing styles, changing the whole philsophy of the club, phasing out the old guard but still keeping them in the team to try and get top 4 and even a title challenge, It was too much for him. Can you imagine what a sh|t Chelsea dressing room it is now. It'l be even more divided now

Of course its true. I never seen anything like it . What happened yesterday was a joke. Players were jogging back when WBA were counter attacking us. Only one player ran back in one instance and that was Cole.

Cole did that once, there was another occasion where it almost looked like he intentionally got dispossessed and made no effort to get back leaving Cech isolated.

The sacking is mistimed, RDM won't garner any more support in the dressing room, should have done it when Hiddink was available if they had to do it. AVB should have released half of these players in Jan. Dark days ahead. There is no longer a long term plan at CFC and we are not going to:
Get past Birmingham
Get past Napoli
Finish in the Top 5

I doubt the club has a long term manager waiting in the wings, just look at last year, we sacked Carlo and had a couple of months before AVB was announced.

Agree. there was one instance where Cole completely missed a header in the box and it fell to the WBA attacker.Cant remember who it was. What I saw yesterday was sabotage from the players. Not even exxagerating or anything.
