I suppose it was inevitable that AVB would go. The press have been circling like vultures, the players have been going through he motions and shown no willingness to work with AVB and the owner has been hovering around Cobham in the past few weeks.
What a mess we find ourselves in. Accusations will fly around in the coming days and there will be a lot of pointing of fingers and blame. But who is to blame really?
Sure AVB has shown his naivety in tactical decisions and even in team selection, but he has had just over eight months in charge to implement his plan or project whatever that was. The players have been guilty of not even trying to buy into AVB's plan, indeed some have shown incredible arrogance and lack of respect for the manager. And you know what, the worst offenders are the older experienced players. Too many of them have reached their sale by date at the same time. Yes, AV and all the players must shoulder some blame.
But the one person who must accept full blame is Abramovich himself. I am grateful that he bought the club and injected his personal cash into Chelsea. He brought us trophies and five or six years of great success, but I have to wonder whether he is now detrimental to our club. I have always believed he was in Chelsea for the long term. His acquisition was not a sudden whim, but a long term project to make Chelsea the greatest team in Europe.
Sadly what he is now doing is making our club a laughing stock, he is making decisions without thinking it through. You might say he can do that as he is the owner, but it reaches a point where there has to be a scapegoat for a serious of bad decisions. And guess what, right now all the bad decisions are being made by him.
I know this is unlikely, but the person to go should ABRAMOVICH. Until he goes our club will never have stability, our club will never be allowed to bring promising youngsters through and we will continue to go through this pattern of hire them and sack them. If only we had a chairman like Daniel Levy and Spurs who backs his manager by giving him what he wants without interference.
There, I've got that off my back.

Roman IN.
His only mistakes were sacking carlo and jose. Two managers who proved they could win with this club.
