I knew it from the Stoke Game

With Carlo, we went from playing the best football to the worst.

It was painful to watch, most notably, Sunderland at home.

But, when AVB took over, I watched the transfer clockwatch on sky sports every day..

Surely Malouda and co would leave...he kept hinting he was "assessing the squad..."

But it never happened...they survived! How!?

And on holiday I went to the pub to watch us play Stoke....but instead...we saw just the same rubbish we saw last season.

He hadn't progressed, we were the same...and around the difficult period, they got even worse.

So my entire blame is with a manager who was supposed to assess the squad and instead carried on with deadwood.

But hate to say, I knew it from day one.
