Did C Whyte sort it out before he left?

Many of my friends who are Rangers followers have expressed their anger with the almost daily issue of rumour of alleged stories of bad practice at Rangers
However I for one thinks that Mr Whyte, although it seems likely he did not use Nat. Ins and Income Tax collected from Rangers employees were misused.

The one parting gift that Mr Whyte has left behind is the fact that he is using the Company he used when taking over Rangers, he is using the same company to act as Administrators. People said that would not matter and I have listened to that argument. However 3 weeks later and not one player cut from the payroll, makes me think that Rangers have had soft touch administrating. Somehow or other that seems to be history repeating itself.
